Noir et Blanc | A Silent Film Featuring Asos Sequin Maxi Dress

Seriously so in love with this dress. I cannot begin to express how much I'm in love with this dress. It's super simple but so perfectly designed it compliments my body structure perfectly. The slight down the side sounds weird, but trust me it's just works. It's not as plunging as I thought it would be which is great news because I don't have to find some special bra to wear with it. I'm a true size 4 for Asos and I'm 5'2" so 3 inch heels (AT LEAST) are necessary to wear this dress. Check it out in action.

ANDDD I was fortunate enough to get it from Spylight! Spencer actually wore this dress in black in an earlier PLL episode. It was gorgeous on her and I knew I had to get the same! I was a little disappointed to find out I accidentally picked it in Oxblood but couldn't be more happier with the accident! The color is gorgeous.

I'm back bitches. I told you. Dead girls can't smile. Stop looking. -A

Have you seen her teeth?
She can't smile cause she's dead.
She's got flowers in her eyes
and roses growing out of her hair.
Your secret's safe with her
as long as she's in her grave.
But if you dig her up,
will she be there?

And then this happened. Nasty Gal liked my photo. Tee hee.

I get excited over little things.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS SUMMER FINALE 2014 PREDICTIONS [SPOILER ALERT]

Who else is totally not satisfied with the way the last episode ended? Who is Spencer so disgusted to see and was that really where Ali is hiding?

Here are some theories that I have for next weeks finale.

The Twin Theory
So we've all been jumping on the theory Ali has a twin sister. Why? Because the books told us so. AND the multiple references to the twins in the various Halloween episodes (twin stabbing her sister based off Alison's story, the two girls in the red coats the most recent episode). Which makes sense why Mrs. D bought the new clothes for someone who would fit Ali's size. But it has been confirmed by the bitch herself (Sasha Pieterse, no I don't think she's really a bitch but I thought it'd be fitting due to the nature of the show) that Ali does not have a twin in the show. PHEW. Relieved that anxiety.

If Ali doesn't have a twin? Then who does? The "Evil Twin" reference Mrs. Hastings mentioned when recapping "the moment before her sister left" had me guessing it may be Spencer. That could totally explain why she doesn't remember half her actions she did. Also, in the preview for next episode shows a girl with brunette hair burying Alison, suggesting it might be Spencer's twin.

Remember how Jason mentioned that this wouldn't be the first time Spencer caused trouble to her family?
So here's a potential guess, Ali and Spencer fought a lot because Spencer was the only one who challenged Alison and thus, Ali drugged up Spencer to be in control. Hence causing havoc or "going after" Ali, like she suggested when she told Mrs. Hasting that Spencer would go after her instead.

Is the person the grave a separate entity from A?
Both of the notes given to Spencer were not signed A. We know that the person burying Alison is a woman because Ali specifically said "I tried to tell her I was alive." So then is it Spencer's twin in the grave?

Or A could be a witness taking advantage of what they saw of Ali's disappearance and totally misconstruing the information to blackmail the girls.

Maybe Spencer hit her twin to protect Ali? That would explain why blood got on Spencer in the flashback but then what happened to Spencer after that? This theory isn't completely well thought out..

As for who Spencer is disgusted to see, there's so many guesses but clearly is specific relationship to her. Maybe it's her dad or her mom because she felt they were stalking her and that showed that they didn't trust her. But that would be too obvious and wouldn't make sense how they would know. Maybe even Dean because he's been following her and looking after her well being even though he was fired. But based off their last encounter, I don't think Spencer would have that kind of reaction towards him. The better guess is that it's Wren! We all know this season is coming full circle since all of the characters are coming back (Hanna's mom, Jason, Aria's mom), so it'd make sense to bring back Wren.

Who is Jason protecting when he lied about his stay in a place that's been shut down for 2 years? More A plotting?

Also, did y'all know Toby was in London? Yeah did some research and found out the letter from Toby was sent from London. Is he out there doing more investigation and seeking out Wren because he may be the one who wrote off his mom and the incident being an accident and thus seeking answers? Hopefully this will be answered in the season finale!

Let me know what you all think in the comments!

I'm the weight, you're the kite

EASTER LOOK!
Yeah,  I've been a bit obsessed with using caps when typing. It's not that I'm trying to shout, it's just convenient when I have to capitalize the first letter anyway. That's what I get for using an iPad that automatically capitalizes every first word after a period.

Easter just passed and it's back to school for me. Yippie. As with every Easter, I don't think anyone can escape wearing pastel colours or lighter tones. Last year I wore coral, borderline orange dress for easter.   I added a slight "edge" to the look by wearing black and pleather shorts.
ANYWAY. I wore Forever 21 top, H&M short, Target sunglasses, and Qupid shoes.
I'm definitely digging the circular frame sunglasses. Not gonna lie, I really want the pink Wildfox ones, but I think they're sold out. Sad face.

Yes, Cinderella is on the kite, and yes, I'm struggling to get the kite up, but as you can see, I finally got it in the air. Yay me. This day always reminds me of the scene in "Cheaper By the Dozen," when Hilary Duff tells her family wearing black that is appropriate because Jesus died on easter and her brother retorts "Jesus died on Easter Barbie." Gets me every time.

You probably can't see it, but lipstick is MAC Costa Chic. Perfect for pastel-like colour combination.

I thought this pic was cool, so I thought I'd share it.
I told you I was obsessed with Pretty Little Liars. And who else is disappointed by the season finale! Like what the heck! Now I have to wait until June! Oh well. Happy Spring.

Shay Mitchell

First of all, let's talk about her gorgeousness. It's about time someone from the interracial Filipino community represents us in the media. She's a great person to look up to and is doing greatness for so many minorities.
Secondly, I applaud her for her role as Emily in PLL. As you all know, or should know, I'm a huge Pretty Little Liars fan and think the show is making a positive impact on the way society views things, especially bullying and the LGBT community. What's so great about Shay is that she takes on the role and doesn't make a big deal of whether or not she has to get in character. She has moved so many of the LGBT youth to come out and be accepted into society, which media should emphasize for younger teens. Media is finally moving this to be a norm, and it's a great movement for our society.
With that being said, I just want to thank you Shay for being such a positive role model and how so many of us look up to you. Keep on being you and thank you for being brave.

#PinkHeadProblems

So my gaga tickets came in, I dyed my hair again, and Pretty Little Liars marathon is recording at the moment, and all is well. Born This Way Ball here I come!

Well, I said I would update when I re-dyed my hair and it has finally come. This time it took 6+ hours to do my hair cause there was not any freakin conditioner in the dye which I left out this time because I wanted it to last and be more pink. That was dumb. More problems we encountered this time around: 1. Took longer because dye was so thick. 2. My hair was splotchy for some weird reason because my hair wouldn't take the dye. 3. My hair is more shades of pink than last time. Don't get me wrong, I love the way my hair turned out, just upset at the inconsistencies with this dye...or my head for that matter. Used the same exact products except for the conditioner, not sure if that changes the properties of the entire thing but it was excruciating long. Tips I learned for this time: wash hair in cold water and avoid the sun, which sucks cause the weather is cooling down and need to take two showers just to wash hair separately. So much fun.

I'm super stoked I finally get to see season 3 of PLL. Hopefully my stupid DVR works and actually records it. It's been so unreliable lately and frustrates me because I haven't been able to watch Glee on my tv but on Hulu since Grey's Anatomy is playing at the same time. Dumb right?

Halloween is coming up and I haven't posted any new looks on LB. I know, I've been slacking. I have so many pieces in mind but been too busy to it them together. Maybe this weekend if I have time. So, if I don't post by Halloween....Happy Halloween and be safe.

Pretty Little Liars and Nail Polish

I've been obsessing over this show for the last month. Yes I know I'm late to jump on that band wagon but it's so addicting! Plus netflix has the first two seasons so I've been trying to watch them so I can start season 3. I love how they dress these girls, and more importantly, I love how their nails match their outfits. Honestly, I wonder how many times a day someone attends to their nails to make it look perfect. I wish I had that kind of service! It's so distracting. Every new "day" the color is different and stylized. I can't even pay attention to the dialogue because I'm fixated on their hands.
Point is, this has inspired me to try different styles and schemes for painting my nails such as painting the last two nails or painting the ring and thumb finger. It's quite entertaining and visually appealing every time I look at my hands. Has anyone tried those sticky nail things that you tape to your nails? Someone please tell me how those work out!
