This is one of the things Super Bowl did right this year. The point of the commercial is that we need to listen for people in need. It may not be blatantly obvious, but hear people out and listen for signs of danger.
HOWEVER, I think this may be counter productive because if people in these situations are watching the Super Bowl and this ad comes up, that person could potentially be in danger at that moment.
