Water is such a great natural remedy for so many healthy issues out there, but what it does for the skin is beyond amazing. As I mentioned in the video above it flushes out all the toxins in your body and keeps your skin cells nice and plump so your skin will look amazing
Green Juice is the easiest way to get in the nutrients from fruits and vegetables you normally wouldn't eat on your own. Not to say I still don't eat additionally fruits and vegetables on top of this, but at least getting this in 5x a week for those who don't already eat plenty of fruits and vegetables is a must. I use kiwi, apples, cucumbers, and spinach.
