MERMAID/LADY GAGA/HUNGER GAMES DISTRICT 4 Look!

Thanks to the Sephora Ariel Palette, I was inspired to create a look based on the palette. But then I thought, why just make it tailored to that palette, but encompass multiple looks into it as well. Thus, I came up with this look.

Inspired by Lady Gaga's hair and District Four from the Hunger Games, I created the perfect mermaid look for Halloween or any kind of themed event.

The make up colors were chosen to recreate a sandy beach while giving an airy, mystical-like glow hence there are no harsh lines in the design. Any colors would work, I just personally like these. Good luck!
